Botulinum toxin

Precise relaxation of selected mimic muscles to soften expression lines on the glabella, forehead and around the eyes. Also used for a lip flip, correction of a gummy smile, slimming of the masseter muscles, a Nefertiti neck lift and for excessive sweating. The effect appears within a few days and typically lasts three to six months; the dose is always tailored to your anatomy and the strength of your mimic muscles.

Dermal fillers

Hyaluronic acid used to add volume and restore proportions — lip hydration and shaping, and volume modulation of the cheeks, chin and jawline. For collagen stimulation we also use Radiesse, which improves skin firmness and quality beyond pure volume. We work with cannulas and needles depending on the area, always aiming for a natural, harmonious result rather than an obviously filled appearance.

Polynucleotides (PDRN)

Regenerative therapy based on purified salmon DNA fragments. Polynucleotides do not add volume — they stimulate fibroblasts, improve hydration, elasticity and the overall quality of the skin. Ideal for the delicate eye area with fine crepe-like lines and dark circles, or for the whole face as a skin-quality treatment. Usually applied in a series of two to three sessions three to four weeks apart.

Mesotherapy & skin bioremodelling

Micro-injections of an active cocktail into the skin. NCTF nourishes the face or scalp with vitamins, amino acids and hyaluronic acid — it brightens the complexion and supports hair growth. Profhilo is a highly concentrated pure hyaluronic acid that spreads through the tissue and bioremodels it: deep hydration, firming and a natural lifting effect. Profhilo Structura works deeper and restores lost structural support in the mid-face.

Microneedling radiofrequency

Microneedles open microchannels down into the dermis while radiofrequency energy heats the tissue and triggers collagen remodelling. In combination with polynucleotides the active substance is delivered up to 80 % deeper than through intact skin — a stronger biostimulation than surface care can achieve. Treats texture, enlarged pores, laxity and scarring on the face, neck and décolleté, and is also used on the scalp.

Treatments designed for male anatomy, where the goal is a defined but entirely natural result. Facial physiotherapy

Therapy for facial asymmetry and excessive muscle tension led by physiotherapist Mgr. David Kakos. It combines passive myofascial and mobilisation techniques with active exercise using PNF and DNS concepts, based on detailed knowledge of the mimic muscles, the temporomandibular joint and their connection to the cervical spine and the deep stabilising system. It relieves tension and improves symmetry and coordination of facial expression.

Dr. Peter Kicko is a dermatologist specialising in aesthetic medicine with a background in molecular biology. He studied general medicine at Charles University, molecular biology at the same institution, and general medicine at the Université libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. He worked for the Czech Ministry of Health as a medical advisor in the department of pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and for BIOCEV as a research assistant in antifungal drug resistance. He also worked as a research assistant investigating childhood leukaemia. He is a member of the Czech Academy of Dermatology and of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.

He is currently on a professional fellowship in Paris, practises at the clinic as an aesthetic dermatologist and participates in clinical studies. He regularly attends international congresses where he lectures on current topics in the field.

He builds friendly yet professional relationships with his patients. The goal of his work is to help people feel comfortable in their own skin. Every procedure is individually tailored, using high-quality materials, devices and products that guarantee patient safety.

Dr. Sára Stopková graduated with honours from the Third Faculty of Medicine of Charles University. During and after her studies she completed professional fellowships abroad, among them at Sorbonne Université in Paris, which significantly shaped her professional approach to medicine.

She currently practises as a dermatovenerologist and takes part in clinical studies. She regularly attends specialist courses and international congresses so she can offer her patients modern, safe and proven procedures in dermatovenereology and aesthetic medicine.

Her priorities are precision, thoroughness and an individual approach to every patient. She favours natural results that respect the uniqueness of each face, and places maximum emphasis on patient safety, the quality of the materials used and a high professional standard for every procedure.

Mgr. David Kakos graduated from the master's programme in Applied Physiotherapy at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University, and brings a broad range of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to his practice. His therapeutic approach is tailored to the needs of each client and draws on the latest findings in physiotherapy and in the treatment of facial asymmetry.

He offers comprehensive care that combines passive techniques, such as myofascial and mobilisation work, with active exercise using the concepts of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and dynamic neuromuscular stabilisation (DNS).

He specialises in facial physiotherapy based on a detailed knowledge of the anatomy and function of the mimic muscles, the temporomandibular joint and their connection to the cervical spine and the deep stabilising system. Physiotherapy helps release excessive muscle tension and improves the symmetry and coordination of facial expression. He loves his field and will gladly help you feel at ease.
